The requirements of our constitution are that only members paid up before 1st April 2024 are eligible to attend the AGM and must do so in person to participate.

We will send invitations to qualifying members nearer the time. Once your receive your invitation please register here or send your apologies.

Free refreshments will be served at the Hall following the meeting. Donations will be appreciated.

For those members traveling from distance and wishing to take lunch, we recommend pre-booking with the Swan Inn which is a short walk away in Pontfadog village and serves good pub food including vegetarian meals.
